We’re the Chytas family, a family of four that saw a need for an honest, reliable floor company in Florida, so we decided to meet that need…thus Supernova Floors was born. We are a small, local, husband and wife run business in which Amber handles all aspects of customer relations and Leonidas is the operations installment director. With over a decade of experience in floor installations and a background in construction, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and only the best customer service. This is a family owned business with Excellent experience and most of all work ethics. They know flooring very well. They ripped out the old carpet & disposed of it; prep the floors and cleaned up after every day of work. Everyone was very respectful and responsive. I connected very well with Leo (in person) & and his crew (Phillip & Daniel), Amber (over the phone), and I’m thankful for meeting Sydney (great professional personality who reach out to me at Floor & Decor, came over the house took the measurements. Each and every one I interacted with made me feel like a valued customer. This family owned business is very meticulous with every stage of the process's, specifically the final details of the work. Denis LeBlanc2023-12-18These people were recommended to us by Floor and Decor. They did a truly amazing job. My wood floor was old and glued over tile, which was set in concrete. Removing the floor was a major undertaking that looked nearly impossible at one point. Leo and his crew did it in one day and left a beautiful flat slab surface for the new installation. There was a slight uplift in the cost vs. the quote, but I felt it was fair and justified. The finished floor looks beautiful and communication with the office staff and installation people was always top notch. I highly recommend them!
Larry Bane2023-12-16Leonidas with Supernova Floor was very professional. He explained what is was going to do all throughout the installation. He even reduce his bill by not removing tile because he was afraid it could damage the surrounding tile. He also used his own moisture barrier because it was better and cheaper so I can take the material I purchased back for a credit. They cleaned up both inside and out to make sure everything was the same as when they arrived. I would definitely use them again.

Kaushik Joshi2023-09-28We started on the wrong foot for our flooring project. We signed a contract with a national company (their name means Kingdom). They heavily advertise on TV and in the newspapers for carpet and flooring at a lower price and limited-time specials. When the salesperson (Sam) left our home, I felt uncomfortable with his demeanor, communication, the super low cost, and maximum three days to complete (+/-) 3000 Sq. Ft. home. It felt like he was hiding something and not saying we should know before we began. He was in a hurry to get our signature on the contract and leave. I asked for the copy of the contract, which he kept stalling to send (buy time for contract cancelling deadline to expire). Ultimately, I hired an attorney and cancelled the contract. Thank God that we did. A few days later, we received a recommendation from a dear friend for Supernova Flooring. A truly professional Ms. Amber Belliveau of Supernova Flooring visited and measured our home and made recommendations. Ms. Amber also helped introduce the L. L. Flooring store. The close working relationship between Supernova Flooring and L. L. Flooring helped us immensely during the project. L. L. Flooring went several extra miles during the project. When the installation started, we realized that the entire team of Supernova was highly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. The team arrived on time and treated our home with utmost care. Supernova completed the project on time. Mr. Leo (the boss), Daniel, Matt and Phil were soft-spoken, respectful, and made sure our home was clean when they left for the day. The Boss, Leo, always listens to us patiently, but when disagreed, said very respectfully, “if this were my home, I would do it this way, but it is your home, and you are going to see it every day. So, if you want me to do it, I will. We realized he was right on every occasion and thanked him for his honest opinion. We have been in this home for 30 years, and it now looks stunningly beautiful with the new flooring.
